A note from our Founders
Leap was founded to solve a problem hiding in plain sight: patients who depend on life-sustaining infusion therapies are forced to navigate a system that makes care harder and more expensive than it needs to be.
As a founding team — Hani, Amir, Rob, and Naguib — we came together from across healthcare and technology with a shared realization: specialty infusion care is shaped by a legacy model built on opaque pricing and drug markups, not patient-centered care.
The result is one of the fastest-growing cost categories in healthcare, placing strain on employers and health plans. But the human cost is even greater. Patients often travel hours for treatment, miss work, rearrange childcare, and lose entire days just to receive essential care. When access is this difficult, outcomes suffer.
